Our 2020 Highlights

To refer to 2020 as an unusual year would be an understatement. However, it was not without its highlights.

The past year demonstrated more than ever the importance and power of community.

In 2020, 88% of organizations encouraged or required their employees to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As people switched their desks for their dining tables or sofas, online communities proved incredibly useful for organizations wanting to connect their different stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.

As measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic prohibited physical proximity, online communities also proved critical for combating pandemic anxiety and loneliness—connecting people with ideas, resources, and each other. Online communities were also able to provide support and guidance for the many people who pivoted their careers due to job insecurity and uncertainty.

We take immense pride in supporting our customers’ community goals with our product and services—especially during these difficult times. In 2020, we welcomed new customers and made numerous significant improvements to our product—including overhauling our Events Module and adding a Zoom integration, as well as enhancing the user journey! We also reinforced our teams, our infrastructure, and picked up an award and recognition along the way.
