Effective as of: November 4, 2025
Hivebrite uses sub-processors to assist in providing Hivebrite’s services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Hivebrite who agrees to receive personal data from Hivebrite intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Hivebrite customers; (ii) in accordance with Hivebrite customers instructions as communicated by Hivebrite; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Hivebrite and the sub-processor.
Hivebrite maintains an up-to-date list of the names, purposes and locations of all sub-processors. This list is below, of which you can obtain a copy by contacting [email protected].
Hivebrite will notify customers in advance of any changes to sub-processors by providing email notice to the customer contact email. Each customer may provide reasonable objections to Hivebrite by email to [email protected] in accordance with the agreement between Hivebrite and customer.

Customer activated processors are companies, who have a direct relationship with the Customer. Kit United facilitates the usage of these processors but they are not a subprocessor of Kit United.
