What Impact / outcome has been achieved?

By analysing and discussing with clients, the design of the pages were a real issue as the expected actions and vision were not clear at all.

We did a session on the builder, the client built 2 pages that were then checked by the Design team. Melanie joined a call with clients to explain what she would recommend to do differently and why.

Clients were very happy and applied directly. Communication with them was very smooth and they appreciated the pro-activity.
